Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  4. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  7. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  8. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs.
  9. Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  10. Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  11. Discuss stock and sales conditions regularly.
  12. Manage and meet with wholesalers to discuss sales strategies and performance.
  13. Oversee all sales activities within the channel, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  14. Create and implement policies for the channels to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements;

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field (Telecommunication Industry Background preferred).
  2. 3 – 5 years of experience in a related field.
  3. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  4. Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  5. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  6. Excellent communication and team management skills.
  7. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  8. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
