Responsibilities:
- Handle the recruitment management and salary calculation of the company’s personnel.
- Ensuring compliance
- Deal with the company’s daily docking and inspection and docking of government departments
- Other affairs are arranged by the company’s leaders.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 Years of Experience in Automobile Industry HR Management and related roles.
- Knowledge of Benefits and Compensation and Employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in Team Management.
- Experience in Coordinating the Onboarding process for Expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with permit requirements.
- Good communication in both English and Swahili, speaking Chinese is an added advantage, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
