Responsibilities:

1. Handle the recruitment management and salary calculation of the company’s personnel.
2. Ensuring compliance
3. Deal with the company’s daily docking and inspection and docking of government departments
4. Other affairs are arranged by the company’s leaders.

5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 3 Years of Experience in Automobile Industry HR Management and related roles.
3. Knowledge of Benefits and Compensation and Employment laws and regulations.
4. Experience in Team Management.
5. Experience in Coordinating the Onboarding process for Expatriate employees, ensuring compliance with permit requirements.
6. Good communication in both English and Swahili, speaking Chinese is an added advantage, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
