Responsibilities:

1. Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and any specific requirements for their makeup look.
2. Apply makeup according to the client’s specifications, ensuring a polished and professional finish. This includes daily wear, special occasions, photo shoots, or film and television work.
3. Stay updated on the latest makeup products, tools, and techniques. Recommend products to clients and educate them on their use.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of clients.
5. Build and maintain a diverse portfolio showcasing your makeup artistry skills across various styles and occasions.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each client and building lasting relationships.
7. Work closely with other team members, such as hairstylists, photographers, and designers, to achieve cohesive and stunning results.
8. Assist in promoting the company’s services through social media, events, and other marketing activities.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Makeup Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of makeup techniques and styles.
2. Formal training or certification in makeup artistry is preferred.
3. Proficiency in makeup application, including knowledge of different skin types and face shapes.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse clients.
5. Ability to stay current with beauty trends and product innovations.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-location as needed.
