RESPONSIBILITIES
- To clean the office and surrounding environment.
- Ensure both internal and external customers are served.
- To keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed.
- Ensure office equipment is well-kept and maintained.
- Responsible for answering calls and taking messages when needed.
- To ensure orderly and efficient operations of the office
REQUIREMENTS
- Holder CSEE (O-Level) Certificate.
- Having 2 years of Working Experience in the same job in the corporate environment.
- Candidate should be 25 – 30 years of age.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and with confident.
- Strong communication skills with good customer care service.
- Should be Smart, Professional, good looking and high level of integrity.
