Requirements and qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Sales and Marketing, Marketing and Public Relations, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing role
3. Presentable and well-groomed appearance
4. Must maintain excellent personal hygiene and fragrance
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle a variety of customers
7. Proactive, sales-driven attitude and a team player
8. Fluency in English and Swahili is an advantage
