Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
2. Create, schedule, and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories)
3. Respond to followers and engage with the online community
4. Collaborate with designers, models, and photographers for shoots and campaigns
5. Stay updated with fashion/beauty trends and use them in content planning
6. Monitor performance analytics and provide monthly reports
7. Run basic paid promotions and coordinate influence collaborations

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Diploma/bachelor’s in marketing, etc
2. 1–2 years of experience in managing social media platforms
3. Good knowledge of tools like Canva, Cap Cut, Instagram Insights, etc.
4. Strong creative sense and visual storytelling skills
5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
6. Self-driven, punctual, and able to work independently
7. Smart, stylish, and presentable with a good camera presence

10. Comfortable appearance in content (photos/videos) when required
