Responsibilities:

1. Monitor real-time location and movement of vehicles through GPS tracking systems.
2. Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely dispatches, arrivals, and deliveries.
3. Provide regular updates to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders on vehicle/freight status.
4. Address any route deviations, delays, or issues by promptly contacting drivers and suggesting solutions.
5. Maintain and update tracking data, trip records, and logs accurately in the system.
6. Assist in route planning and vehicle scheduling for optimal fleet utilization.
7. Generate daily/weekly reports on vehicle status, delivery timelines, and exceptions.
8. Collaborate with the maintenance team to report breakdowns or vehicle issues.
9. Ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related field.
2. 3 years of experience in tracking or fleet coordination, preferably in the automotive or logistics industry.
3. Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, telematics platforms, and fleet management software.
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and shift-based environment.
6. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
