Responsibilities:

1. Manage online social media operations.
2. Manage offline billboard management.
3. Manage material purchases for marketing campaigns.
4. Develop strategies and tactics to increase company visibility and drive qualified traffic.
5. Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
6. Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
7. Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog to attract and convert target groups.
8. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
9. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating funds wisely.
10. Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hardcopy brochures and case studies.
11. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
12. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field (Telecommunication Industry Background preferred).
2. 3 – 5 years of experience in a related field.
3. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
5. High communication skills for interacting with different teams and management.
6. Experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
7. Ability to multitask, remain objective-oriented and work efficiently.
8. Representative and adherent to the organization’s code of ethics.
