Is every non-citizen who intends to reside and work in Tanzania required to have a work permit?

Is A Non-Citizen Allowed To Work With Sister Companies?
A work permit is issued to allow a non-citizen to work for the company or organization that applied on their behalf. It is a violation of the terms and conditions of the work permit for a non-citizen to engage with other companies.
