Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting the Sales Department with conducting a Marketing Survey.
  2. Representing Company products.
  3. Supporting the Sales team.
  4. Visiting clients.
  5. Managing and Building customer relationships in the organization.
  6. Ensuring that the customer needs are being fulfilled.
  7. Supporting sales through selling available products such as Trucks.
  8. Frequent communication with the customers or clients in offering our available services.
  9. Achieve agreement on the Sales target.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree holder in Sales and Marketing or other related field (Automobile Industry Background).
  2.  3 years’ experience in the related field.
  1. Good communication in both English and Swahili, speaking Chinese is an added advantage, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  2. Familiarity with CRM (Customer relationship management) software.
  3. Understanding of sales performance metrics in the spare part industry.
  4. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  5. Business problem-solving attitude.
