Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for recovering claims payments from insurance companies or any other company.
  2. Negotiate and settle disputes with insurance companies, providers, and other third-party payers.
  3. Ensure to act promptly after an accident occurs to organize for proper documentation, mobilization, and demobilization of materials on site eg crane, and other resources that may be needed.
  4. Review and analyze claim payment data for accuracy and completeness.
  5. Ensure timely submission of claims for payment.
  6. Prepare reports on the status of claims payments to management.
  7. Maintain relationships with third-party payers to facilitate efficient claims processing.
  8. Respond to inquiries from providers and claimants regarding payment status or other issues related to the claims process.
  9. Act as in-house claims focal person.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in insurance and risk management or a related field
  2. Hands-on insurance experience with “smart policy System”, analytical tools, and statistical packages (spreadsheets, etc.).
  3.  Sensible judgment and attention to detail.
  4. Confident decision-making skills.
  5. Excellent knowledge of insurance policies and ability to relate policy provisions to the loss exposures.
  6. Male candidates are encouraged to apply for this position.
