Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals.
- Oversee long-term production planning to align with market demands.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Oversee the production process to maintain consistent quality and output.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and manage procurement of spare parts and machinery upgrades.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Implement and monitor quality control systems at various stages of production.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance staff.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Conducted performance reviews and facilitated training programs for employee development
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.
- Analyze production metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Develop cost-saving measures without compromising quality

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Agriculture, Animal Nutrition, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Â Minimum 2 years in operations management within the feed mill or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of feed production processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with quality control systems and regulatory requirements in the feed industry.
- Proficiency in operational software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
