Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors in the steel and re-bar industry.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Promote and sell steel re-bar and other steel products manufactured by our factory.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the steel re-bar or construction materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of steel re-bar products and their applications in the construction sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
