Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
2. Manage all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
3. Assist in the preparation of the company’s budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
4. Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
5. Prepare and file corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
6. Coordinate and facilitate external and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving any discrepancies.
7. Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
8. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
9. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and procedures.
10. Work closely with other departments to support overall business operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is required.
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
3. 5 year’s experience in relevant accounting experience, preferably in the automotive or truck sales industry.
4. Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting principles and regulations.
5. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. High level of integrity and professionalism.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
