Responsibilities:.
- Organize contract information
- Organize EFD receipts and supporting materials, including PI, tax invoice, contract, bank payment voucher, petty cash payment voucher, etc.
- Payroll, PAYE, NSSF, WCF
- Communicate with accounting firm(ARK ASSOCIATION) on invoices, journals, Cash inventory, Fixed assets, accounts receivable and payable, and financial statements,bank statement and Journal
- Assist with third-party audits and TRA tax inspections
- Assist with Transfer pricing reporting
- Other temporary work assigned by the General Manager of the branch
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and audit practices.
- Excellent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Good at thinking and learning
- Work seriously and attentively
- Proficient in office software
- Letter writing and document arrangement
- Information retrieval ability
- Obedience, follow the leader’s requirements
- Be very sophisticated in EXCEL software, including common formula and functions, especially VLOOKUP
- TAX ACT SUCH VAT ACT, Income Tax Act Tanzanian local accounting standards
