Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests.
  2. Update internal databases with new hire information.
  3. Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
  4. Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
  5. Publish and remove job ads.
  6. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by the department.
  8. Develop training and onboarding material.
  9. Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they’re eligible for).
  10. And other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR management or Management.
  2. Certain knowledge about admin management and HR regulations
  3. Detail-oriented
  4. Strong excel skills
  5. Strong English language skills
  6. 1-2 years working experience is preferred.
