Key Responsibilities:
- Office fixed assets and logistics management
- Office Attendance
- Invitation letter, business visa, work visa, residence permit, ID, and other immigration matters
- BRE annual renewal, business license renewal, CRB registration renewal, tax clearance certificate, TIN application., National ID application, NSSF card, WCF registration, etc.
- Pay the fees to the fuel card/GPEG BILLS/MAINTENANCE
- Legal Affairs (in case)
- Accompany the general manager of the branch to attend various meetings and develop new projects in case.
- Other temporary work assigned by the General Manager of the branch
- Know how to handle various government affairs, or know how to obtain the correct channels and methods to handle these procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills:
- Excellent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Good at thinking and learning
- Work seriously and attentively
- Proficient in office software
- Letter writing and document arrangement
- Information retrieval ability
- Obedience, follow the leader’s requirements
- Good public relations and social skills, good at interacting with people
- Labor Law
