Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring proper documentation of all transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain financial accuracy.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Support tax filings by compiling financial data, verifying calculations, and ensuring timely submissions.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documents for easy access and compliance purposes.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting functions.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA qualification or ongoing studies is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or other relevant systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
