Responsibilities
- Secure partnerships that adhere to our brand value and maintain a 70 to 30% ratio of sponsor to company coverage for all events.
- Implement strategies to optimize sponsor visibility and ensure a balanced representation across all company-sponsored activities.
- Contribute to the development and achievement of the company’s strategic plan and goals, with a focus on the sponsor-to-company coverage ratio.
- Collaborate with the promotions team to implement promotional strategies to enhance sponsor exposure and maintain the desired coverage ratio.
- Facilitate staff training sessions on sponsor-related products and service rituals to align with the company’s commitment to sponsors.
- Provide quarterly competitive analysis reports from valid and reliable market research, including SWOT analysis, to inform strategies that contribute to achieving and maintaining the company’s market share.
- Take ownership of all assigned company projects, creating project briefs, and overseeing their successful execution.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Evaluate and propose potential investments that align with the company’s goals and contribute to achieving the sponsor-to-company coverage ratio.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing sponsors, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring their continued support in achieving the desired coverage ratio.
- Ensure all contractual and agreed-upon commitments are delivered by all parties involved.
- Create and facilitate the employment of brand and cost-senseful strategies that ensure the company reaches the targets set by partners/sponsors (e.g., Swipe targets).
- Manage partnership branding requests to ensure alignment with the brand image.
- Ensure all collaboration agreements align with the brand image and goals.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, hospitality management, or related field.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a minimum of 2- 3 years in Business development.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including market research.
- Experience in project management and marketing strategic planning.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and laws governing restaurant operations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
