Responsibilities

1. Following up with machine shipment between Tanzania and China.
2. Follow up with the clearance company to check the relative machines that need to be delivered to the bonded warehouse and clearance before delivery to clients.
3. To prepare the “Inbound Order” and “Outbound Order” and submit them to relative colleagues.
4. Handles documentation related to the shipments, including insurance forms and dispatch forms.
5. To complete other relative jobs from the office.
6. Ensure that the shipment is compliant with the hazardous shipping compliance information.
7. He keeps track of routing information.
8. Verification on the uses is properly licensed.
9. Developing logistics to track changes and ensure delivery of goods.

Requirements and qualifications

1. Diploma /Bachelor in clearing and forwarding, Freight Management, and other related fields.
2. 1-year experience in the Manufacturing – Heavy Machinery Industry
3. Strong knowledge of Clear logic and a good Experience of Laptop/computer
4. Attention to detail and Patient Character.
5. Excellent communication (English and Kiswahili) and interpersonal skills.
6. Computer skills in the use of Excel and other Microsoft software and hardware
