Responsibilities:
- Monitor the car conversion process after checking vehicles mechanically/ electrically and safety standards.
- Give clients mechanical/electrical recommendations in case there is a technical problem that should be fixed before conversion.
- Helping clients choose suitable conversion kits by presenting types of available conversion kits, their pros & and cons, and fees.
- Following up with conversion fitters to start the conversion process after finalizing payment from the client side and ensuring safety standards after finishing the conversion.
- Receives Station’s clients’ concerns, handles them, and ensures client satisfaction in case of Any station engineer’s absence.
- Following up on the latest types of conversion kits and checking it’s appropriate to our business regarding cost & and quality.
- Provide answers to client questions about our product, servicing, and other technical aspects of the product.
- Be able to think critically and suggest improvements that might lead to cost savings or other client benefits.
- Arrange, and lead training for technicians.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Solving client problems.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
- Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
- Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
- Help in researching and developing new products.
- Advising customers on how best to use the products or services provided.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering, Mechanical Power (Automotive Background).
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in conversion of petrol vehicles to CNG.
- Solid experience in different automotive engine systems.
- Familiar with all CRB and TBS standards.
- Aware of different types of cylinders and kits installation of CNG.
- Fluent in English and Swahili, Spoken and written.
- Self-motivated, driven, and committed to success.
- Proven track record of success in converting petrol vehicles to CNG.
- Competence in managing and supervising conversion centers and garage workshops.
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office packages (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- High communication skills with different teams and management of the organization.
- Flexible to travel locally and internationally according to business needs.
- Multi-task, objective-oriented, and efficient.
- Representative and adhere to the organization’s code of ethics.
