Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the organization’s procurement strategy to meet business goals.
  2. Establish long-term supplier partnerships to ensure competitive advantage and innovation.
  3. Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and cost savings.
  4. Implement and monitor procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Optimize the use of technology and tools for procurement operations.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
  8. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
  9. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing procurement team.
  10. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  11. Develop and manage procurement budgets.
  12. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement effectiveness.
  13. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  14. Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain and procurement processes.

Qualifications;

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  3. Minimum 2 years of progressive procurement experience, including leadership roles.
  4. Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.
  5. Strong leadership and people management skills.
  6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  7. Analytical mindset with proficiency in procurement software and analytics tools.
  8. Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and industry standards.
