Responsibilities:

  1. Support the onboarding process, including the preparation of contracts and induction programs for new staff.
  2. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate documentation for outsourced staff.
  3. Handle filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents related to employee contracts, attendance, and performance.Monitor and track
  4. Suggest improvements in HR processes and workflows for better service delivery in the outsourcing department.
  5. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Outsourcing Manager to support departmental goals
  6. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate documentation for outsourced staff.
  7. Assist in coordinating training sessions or workshops for outsourced employees.
  8. Track employee progress and maintain records of training activities.
  9. Daily attendance records of outsourced staff.
  10. Assist in processing leave applications and maintaining leave records.
  11. Assist in collecting and verifying data required for payroll processing.
  12. Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs to the finance department.
  13. Respond to queries and concerns from outsourced staff and escalate issues as needed.
  14. Assist in addressing employee grievances in collaboration with the HR team.
  15. Prepare basic reports on employee attendance, performance, and other HR metrics for the outsourcing department.
  16. Support day-to-day HR operations within the outsourcing department.
  17. Assist in coordinating training sessions or workshops for outsourced employees.
  18. Track employee progress and maintain records of training activities.

Requirements:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
  3. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Tanzania.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
