Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding process, including the preparation of contracts and induction programs for new staff.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate documentation for outsourced staff.
- Handle filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents related to employee contracts, attendance, and performance.Monitor and track
- Suggest improvements in HR processes and workflows for better service delivery in the outsourcing department.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Outsourcing Manager to support departmental goals
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate documentation for outsourced staff.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions or workshops for outsourced employees.
- Track employee progress and maintain records of training activities.
- Daily attendance records of outsourced staff.
- Assist in processing leave applications and maintaining leave records.
- Assist in collecting and verifying data required for payroll processing.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs to the finance department.
- Respond to queries and concerns from outsourced staff and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in addressing employee grievances in collaboration with the HR team.
- Prepare basic reports on employee attendance, performance, and other HR metrics for the outsourcing department.
- Support day-to-day HR operations within the outsourcing department.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions or workshops for outsourced employees.
- Track employee progress and maintain records of training activities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Tanzania.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
