Responsibilities:
- Manage and preserve the inventory of vehicles stored in the bonded warehouse, ensuring vehicles are stored in an organized and orderly manner to prevent damage or loss.
- Assist in the smooth handover of vehicles to customers, ensuring all processes are followed correctly and in compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular vehicle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and report the quantities of vehicles stored in the bonded warehouse as required by the company.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers promptly and efficiently, maintaining proper documentation for all inventory activities and customer handovers.
- Perform additional tasks related to bonded warehouse operations as assigned.
Requirements and qualifications:
- A minimum of a Certificate, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
- Prior experience of 2 years in inventory management, logistics, or bonded warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in both Swahili and English languages.
