Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT solutions sector, focusing on CRM systems, sales applications, and school management systems.
    2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
    3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  2. Client Management:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
    2. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
    3. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    1. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s IT solutions, including CRM systems, sales applications, and school management systems.
    2. Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients as needed.
  4. Sales Operations:
    1. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
    2. Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
    3. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  5. Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
    2. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirement;

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on CRM systems, sales applications, and school management systems.
  3. Strong understanding of IT solutions and their applications in various industries.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  7. Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
