Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT solutions sector, focusing on CRM systems, sales applications, and school management systems.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s IT solutions, including CRM systems, sales applications, and school management systems.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients as needed.
- Sales Operations:
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Requirement;
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on CRM systems, sales applications, and school management systems.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
