Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in law.
  2. Postgraduate Diploma in the Tanzania School Of Law.
  3. Experience in Labour Issues/matters especially in employee relations, court sessions (CMA), etc.
  4. He/she should be a practicing advocate.
  5. Strong personality, Confidence, and commitment to work.
  6. Good analytical skills and understanding of legal issues.
