Responsibilities:
- Manage employee contracts and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle contract renewals and terminations.
- Address contractual issues and provide legal advice.
- Manage industrial relations and handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings related to employment matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- 4 years’ experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and industrial relations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information confidentially.
