Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns for individual restaurants and overarching brand promotions.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for the restaurant, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to create enticing menus and promotions.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Ensure alignment between creative content and overall marketing strategy.
- Review and approve content calendars for campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing and mitigating crises that may impact the brand.
- Coordinate with other teams to respond effectively to unexpected challenges.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all restaurant locations.
- Oversee efforts to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all communication channels.
- Conduct regular audits to confirm adherence to brand guidelines.
- Establish and monitor SMART KPIs to assess the success of marketing strategies.
- Evaluate the financial success of promotions by calculating the return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven 2 – 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control practices.
