Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Plan and oversee marketing campaigns for individual restaurants and overarching brand promotions.
  3. Develop and manage marketing budgets for the restaurant, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with culinary teams to create enticing menus and promotions.
  5. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
  6. Ensure alignment between creative content and overall marketing strategy.
  7. Review and approve content calendars for campaigns and promotions.
  8. Develop and implement strategies for managing and mitigating crises that may impact the brand.
  9. Coordinate with other teams to respond effectively to unexpected challenges.
  10. Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all restaurant locations.
  11. Oversee efforts to maintain a positive online reputation.
  12. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all communication channels.
  13. Conduct regular audits to confirm adherence to brand guidelines.
  14. Establish and monitor SMART KPIs to assess the success of marketing strategies.
  15. Evaluate the financial success of promotions by calculating the return on investment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven 2 – 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
  3. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control practices.
