Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint new channel partners in targeted locations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring increased sales performance.
- Assist channel partners in achieving sales targets, providing necessary support and training.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor dealer performance metrics, recommending improvements where needed.
- Implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and increase brand presence.
- Organize and oversee dealer training sessions and workshops.
- Ensure all partners comply with company policies and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop region-specific sales strategies.
- Provide detailed reports on dealer performance, market expansion, and network efficiency.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in dealer management, channel development, or B2B sales, with a proven track record in expanding distribution networks and optimizing sales performance.
- Must have a valid 2/3W driving license and be willing to travel frequently upcountry for dealer visits and network expansion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili, with the ability to negotiate contracts and build long-term relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and market analysis tools for tracking dealer performance and sales trends.
- Ability to analyze market trends, assess dealer performance, and develop strategic solutions to enhance sales and distribution.
