Responsibilities:
- Assist the factory manager in managing the local staff
- Coordinate daily operations and production.
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, etc.)
- Determine the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Report to upper management
- Working place Kibaha, Coast Region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management or project management
- 3 – 5 years of experience in the related field.
- A certain knowledge about the factory’s local staff management
- Detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Strong English language skills
