Responsibilities:

1. Assist the factory manager in managing the local staff
2. Coordinate daily operations and production.
3. Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
4. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
5. Monitor production to resolve issues
6. Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, etc.)
7. Determine the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)
8. Ensure output meets quality standards
9. Enforce health and safety precautions
10. Report to upper management
11. Working place Kibaha, Coast Region

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in management or project management
2. 3 – 5 years of experience in the related field.
3. A certain knowledge about the factory’s local staff management
4. Detail-oriented
5. Strong communication skills
6. Strong English language skills
