Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate field activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide leadership and direction to field crews, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that work is performed according to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with other project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and address project requirements.
• Manage project resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality control processes and safety regulations, conducting safety meetings and implementing safety measures as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track project metrics, document progress, and generate reports for management and stakeholders.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement among field staff.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to meet project objectives.

Requirements and qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. 3 Years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Must have a Valid Driving Licence.
4. Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, and budget management.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Knowledge of quality control processes and safety regulations applicable to manufacturing environments.
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
