Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with banks, microfinance institutions, and financial service providers.
2. Track new financial institutions entering the market and assess potential partnerships.
3. Oversee vehicle sales made through financing agreements, ensuring seamless processing.
4. Negotiate and structure financing deals to create competitive options for customers.
5. Provide training to sales teams on financing products and application processes.
6. Conduct financial risk assessments and market analysis, identifying trends and opportunities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop financing strategies that align with business goals.
8. Prepare detailed financial reports, tracking performance and recommending improvements.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
10. Serve as the main point of contact for financial institutions, addressing concerns and optimizing collaboration.

Requirements and qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, financial sales, or financial institution management.
3. Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
4. Experience in structuring and managing financing agreements.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
8. Proficiency in English and Swahili.
