Responsibilities:

1. Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
2. Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
3. Prepare and control the store’s budget, aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
4. Monitor stock levels and purchases, ensuring they stay within budget.
5. Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
6. Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
7. Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
8. Keep updated on market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
9. Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
10. Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines.
11. Manage shop materials, promoter management, and all promotional activities.
12. Push materials into shops effectively to support promotional activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (Telecommunication Industry Background preferred).
2. 3 – 5 years of experience in a related field.
3. Knowledge of retail management best practices.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Excellent organizing and leadership skills.
6. Commercial awareness.
7. Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles.
8. Excellent knowledge of retail management software (e.g., MS RMS).
