Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling company services, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves fieldwork, including riding a motorcycle to reach clients, distributing marketing materials, and executing local promotional activities. Candidates must be proactive, ethical, and capable of working independently to meet sales targets and report market feedback

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products/services to clients within assigned areas.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits and networking.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Distribute marketing materials and participate in local promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
• Submit timely sales reports and market feedback to the supervisor.
• Ride a motorcycle to reach clients and cover designated sales zones.
• Attend training sessions and implement new strategies as instructed.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Must be able to ride a motorcycle (Class A preferred).
• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Must be loyal, honest, and trustworthy.
• Must provide a valid police clearance report.
• Age between 25 to 38 years.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
