Responsibilities
- Analyse customers’ wants and needs to effectively recommend corresponding products and services.
- Explain the features and benefits of each automobile on the lot.
- Inform customers about special promotions and current sales.
- Negotiate fair and profitable transactions with customers.
- Maintain current knowledge of competitors’ offers and sales tactics.
- Maintain reporting structures and record sales.
- Processing and Managing paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales, such as contracts, leases, and purchase agreements.
- Keeping up to date with the latest automotive trends, models, and industry news.
- Assist both retail and wholesale customers with their heavy-duty truck parts questions and needs, either in person, via the telephone, or through online ordering.
Requirements and qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in sales of Chinese Trucks in the Automotive Industry.
- Candidate Must have a valid driving License.
- Good Communication Skills, speaking and writing (Both English and Swahili).
- Good computer skills in the use of Microsoft window/excel etc.
