Sales executives – Chinese Trucks
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects, generating and developing consulting services for both hardware and software technologies.
- To complete the sales target of the store.
- To maintain customer relationships.
- To promote handset products.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Display, replenish, and return products.
- To collect regional competitor information.
- To maintain the cleanliness of the area in charge.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Requirements;
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Sales and Marketing, Marketing and Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-3 years minimum experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
