Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors in the steel and re-bar industry.
  2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
  3. Promote and sell steel re-bar and other steel products manufactured by our factory.
  4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  5. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  7. Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  8. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  9. Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the steel re-bar or construction materials industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of steel re-bar products and their applications in the construction sector.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  8. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
