Job Title: SENIOR SERVICES TEAM LEADER (POST 1)

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise, guide, and motivate the service team (technicians, engineers) to ensure high performance and efficiency.
2.  Prepare detailed technical reports on machinery performance, maintenance activities, failures, and corrective actions.
3. Conduct regular training and skills development for service team members
4.  Ensure all service work is performed to SANY standards and customer satisfaction is achieved.
5. Support the service team in complex technical issues and participate in critical repair operations when necessary.
6. Ensure availability of necessary spare parts, tools, and diagnostic equipment
7.  Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations in service operations. b) Main Activities to be Performed:
8. Conduct morning meetings to assign tasks, set goals, and share updates on service activities.
9. Engage directly with customers to understand service needs, update them on work progress, and resolve any complaints or issues
10.  Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support for machine handovers and to help identify additional service opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
4. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in CRM and service management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
8. Flexible work hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
