Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a structured training calendar, ensuring timely execution.
2. Conduct training sessions for dealer technicians, sales teams, and service personnel.
3. Collaborate with technical institutes and industry experts to develop comprehensive training programs.
4. Stay updated on product specifications, diagnostics, and issue resolution techniques.
5. Guide service teams on effective customer interactions and technical communication.
6. Assess and monitor technicians’ performance and skill development, identifying areas for improvement.
7. Conduct practical on-the-job training, ensuring real-world application of skills.
8. Work closely with the aftersales team to identify common technical issues and tailor training accordingly.
9. Develop and maintain training manuals, reports, and documentation.
10. Visit customers to address technical concerns, providing hands-on support where needed.

Requirements and qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in teaching, training, or technical instruction is required.
3. 2/3 Wheel driving license required, with flexibility to travel upcountry.
4. Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software.
6. Excellent technical knowledge in automotive systems and diagnostics.
7. Proficiency in English and Swahili.
