Responsibilities

1. Unloading and loading parts.
2. Responsible for putting cargo on shelves, packing and shipping, etc.
3. Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items
4. Key departmental orders into the inventory management system
5. Carry out minor maintenance or repair of storeroom material.
6. Provide detailed reports on departmental charges.
7. Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials
8. Responsible for the maintenance of inventory of parts and equipment on hand.
9. Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued.
10. Responsible for the preparation of work
11. Ability to communicate in English and drive a forklift.

Requirements and qualifications

1. Certificate /Diploma in Procurement, Supply and logistics management, Freight Management, and other related fields.
2. 3 – 5 years’ experience in the Construction Machinery Industry.
3. Candidate must be 25 -35 age.
4. Strong knowledge of warehouse keeping and driving a forklift.
5. Those familiar with construction machinery accessories will be given priority.
6. Excellent communication (English and Kiswahili).
