Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the general manager.
  2. Prepare and distribute internal and external communication on behalf of the GM.
  3. Assist in the preparation of different documents and reports.
  4. Maintain employee records and assist with the onboarding and offboarding process.
  5. Prepare and follow up with banks for the payment issues.
  6. Coordinating travel arrangements with the general manager.
  7. Organizing, scheduling, and preparing for meetings including gathering documents and attending the company meetings.
  8. Answering and responding to phone calls, prioritize emails, and respond when necessary.

Requirements and qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR public relations, or another related field.
  2. Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
  3. Adaptive to Chinese Culture.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Detailed-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  6. 3 years’ experience in the Engineering construction industry.
  7. Candidate should be 25 to 38 years of age.
  8. Must be creative and Problem Solver.
  9. Very organized and multitask.
