Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the hiring process, including conducting interviews and selecting candidates so as to develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Facilitate a smooth onboarding process to integrate new hires into the company culture and for expatriate employees.
  3. Follow up on all employee permits, including work visas and residency permits, and liaise with immigration authorities and legal advisors to ensure timely processing of permits.
  4. Address employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs to support employees.
  6. Develop and implement a succession plan aligned with employee strengths and the needs of the general manager.
  7. Administer employee benefits programs and paid leave.
  8. Manage compensation and conduct regular pay reviews to ensure fairness and
    competitiveness.
  9. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  10. Enforce company policies and maintain clear records of staff activities and documentation.
  11. Supervise and support team members, assign tasks, and conduct performance.
    evaluations.
  12. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  13. Manage employee records and documentation related to benefits, compensation, and leave.
  14. Implement efficient recordkeeping systems to streamline HR processes.7. Coordination and communication
    Ensure preset channels of and etiquette of communication is observed.
  15. Clarify roles and responsibilities and ensure there are no overlaps to avoid conflicts or confusion.
  16. Mediate and facilitate conflict resolution and observe when escalation is needful.
  17. Ensure the Resource management desk is continually in the loop of all relevant matters.
  18. Develop and implement workplace safety protocols and procedures.
  19. Provide training on safety procedures and emergency protocols.
  20. Collaborate with stakeholders to address safety concerns and maintain compliance with standards.

Requirements and qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 3 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
  3. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
