Key Responsibilities:
- Secure partnerships that align with our brand values, maintaining a 70 to 30% sponsor-to-company coverage ratio for all events.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance sponsor visibility and ensure a balanced representation across all company-sponsored activities.
- Negotiate and renew sponsorship agreements, targeting an average contribution increase of 15% compared to the previous year.
- Identify and onboard new partnerships that support overall company requirements, including annual contracts for operational support.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan, with a focus on sponsor coverage and revenue goals.
- Lead initiatives outlined in the yearly business plan to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Guarantee that sponsors receive 100% of the agreed-upon visibility and promotional benefits during events and daily operations.
- Work closely with the promotions team to implement sponsor exposure strategies while maintaining the sponsor-to-company coverage ratio.
- Organize staff training sessions on sponsor-related products and services to enhance brand alignment and commitment.
- Drive brand growth through consistent and effective visibility across external company engagements.
- Conduct quarterly competitive analysis reports, including SWOT analysis, to refine business strategies and maintain market share.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on business development activities, sponsorship performance, and goal achievement.
- Oversee assigned company projects, from project briefing to successful execution.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular project status meetings to track alignment and progress.
- Analyze project outcomes to refine future initiatives.
- Develop profiles and action plans for all restaurant implementations.
- Identify and propose investment opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals and sponsor coverage targets.
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining the quality and impact of events.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and sponsorship growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sponsorship management, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of securing and growing sponsorship revenue.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in project management and strategic planning.
- Ability to analyze market trends and apply data-driven insights.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
