Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Discuss stock and sales conditions regularly.
- Manage and meet with wholesalers to discuss sales strategies and performance.
- Oversee all sales activities within the channel, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Create and implement policies for the channels to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with overall business goals.
Requirements;
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field (Telecommunication Industry Background preferred).
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
