Responsibilities
- Prospect and sell into assigned commercial accounts.
- Be the primary sales driver, managing a sales pipeline to deliver quarterly/ annual quota.
- Strong discipline in managing sales and marketing stages.
- Deliver accurate weekly and quarterly forecasts and progress according to targets.
- Stay updated on industry news and trends, analyzing the impact on the company.
- Communicate value propositions to clients and partners that speak intimately to their needs and requirements.
- Engage a programmatic approach to demand, to generate, develop, and expand your territory.
- Work collaboratively with all cross-functional resources to achieve your quota.
Requirements and qualifications
- Hold a diploma or BSc degree in Business administration with a major in sales and marketing.
- Having 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas sector.
- Familiar with on-ground sales tactics, and B2C approaches Female preferable.
- Fluent in English and Swahili, Spoken and written.
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office packages (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- High communication skills with different teams and management of the organization
- Flexible to travel locally and internationally according to business needs.
