Responsibilities

  1. Prospect and sell into assigned commercial accounts.
  2. Be the primary sales driver, managing a sales pipeline to deliver quarterly/ annual quota.
  3. Strong discipline in managing sales and marketing stages.
  4. Deliver accurate weekly and quarterly forecasts and progress according to targets.
  5. Stay updated on industry news and trends, analyzing the impact on the company.
  6. Communicate value propositions to clients and partners that speak intimately to their needs and requirements.
  7. Engage a programmatic approach to demand, to generate, develop, and expand your territory.
  8. Work collaboratively with all cross-functional resources to achieve your quota.

Requirements and qualifications

  1. Hold a diploma or BSc degree in Business administration with a major in sales and marketing.
  2. Having 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas sector.
  3. Familiar with on-ground sales tactics, and B2C approaches Female preferable.
  4. Fluent in English and Swahili, Spoken and written.
  5. Excellent in using Microsoft Office packages (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  6. High communication skills with different teams and management of the organization
  7. Flexible to travel locally and internationally according to business needs.
