Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and fostering trust.
- Market Research and Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and drive business development initiatives.
- Develop strategies to expand market presence and attract new clients.
- Oversee project management processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
- Implement systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and meet client expectations.
- Track and optimize performance metrics through KPIs.
- Provide strategic direction for business growth, collaborating with the CEO and senior leadership.
- Define and implement the company’s vision, mission, and goals to drive revenue and market
- Manage the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Monitor profit and loss, revenue, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Set clear objectives and performance standards, facilitating skill development and team motivation.
Requirements;
- 4+ years in senior leadership within a marketing consultancy or agency.
- Bachelor’s in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven team management and motivation skills.
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, P&L).
- Strategic, data-driven problem-solving abilities
