Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire HR department, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  2. Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
  3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 5 years Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  3. People-oriented and results-driven.
  4. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  6. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  7. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  8. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  9. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
