POSITION: 6

Responsibilities:

• – Performing routine maintenance on trucks, such as checking batteries, changing oil, and replacing filters
  – Inspecting and testing truck engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and electrical systems to diagnose issues and ensure proper functionality
  – Using different tools and equipment, such as wrenches, jacks, hoists, welding machines, and diagnostic devices, to repair or replace defective parts and components
  – Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in vehicles. This will involve overhauling or replacing engines, transmissions, and other major components when necessary.
  – Install and configure electrical accessories as needed.
  – Diagnose and repair issues related to air conditioning and heating systems in vehicles.
• – This includes recharging or replacing the refrigerant as required.
  – Perform maintenance, replacement, and repairs on suspension systems and brake components to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  – Inspect and repair fuel injection systems by diagnosing and resolving issues with fuel pumps, injectors, and fuel lines.
  – Inspect and repair exhaust systems for proper function and compliance with emissions standards as well as replace or repair exhaust components when needed.
  

Requirements and qualifications

• – Hold a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  – Have Mechanical experience in repairing and maintenance of Chinese brand Trucks such as FAW, HOWO, and SINO.
  – Having 3 years of Working Experience in the specified area of specialization.
  – Knowledge of truck systems, components, and specifications
  – Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
  – Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
