Responsibilities

  1. To handle the front desk.
  2. Handling the registration process for guests, obtaining necessary information, and providing room keys.
  3. Answering guests’ questions and providing information about the services
  4. Will play a crucial role in ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their stay by addressing complaints or concerns promptly and striving to provide excellent customer service.
  5. To provide a friendly and courteous welcome to guests as they arrive at the office as reception is the first point of contact.
  6. Managing incoming calls and redirecting them to appropriate departments or staff members. As well as respond to emails, messages, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.

Requirement

  1. Bachelor or Diploma in business administration or any other related
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience is desirable.
  3. Candidate should have good mannerisms.
  4. Good basic computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  5. Strong time management skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills: must be able to speak good English.
  7. The candidate should be a Tanzanian
  8. Candidate should have a great personal outlook – smartness and presentable
